Montefiore project is our third real-estate entrepreneur in Limassol. A combination of a vibrant city lifestyle and a high-standard domicile complex in a city where everything happens alongside urban nature and the Mediterranean Sea.
The atmosphere and architectural design in this area resemble Neve Tzedek, one of the earliest quarters of Tel Aviv, a place that combines history and character and is considered by international residents to be a highly desirable place to live.
The Montefiore complex will combine modern motifs and clean lines in its design. The building is divided into two wings: Wing A with three floors and Wing B with eight floors.
The Rothschild Project is the first in a series of buildings that form part of the Mini Tel Aviv Project in the heart of Limassol, and reflects and embodies a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience.
The project is located in a prime location within the Old City. This vibrant and bustling locale includes offices, commercial areas, and recreational and entertainment centres. The project is within walking distance from the beach, the Limassol Marina, a private hospital, the National Theatre, and the Limassol Zoo.
The Rothchild Project reflects the special connection between Limassol and Tel Aviv, and particularly their respective atmospheres, people, and potential. The building’s location, meticulous design, specifications, and recreational facilities bring Tel Aviv’s vibrant and unique atmosphere to Limassol, while strictly adhering to stringent construction standards.
We are proud to present the Florentin Corner Project. The new building will consist of 35 meticulously designed flats (1-2-bedroom flats) with an average area of 47 m². Each flat will include an attractive balcony, and the building itself will be located at the bustling Gladstones Business Centre, in an area that offers an abundance of cafes and restaurants near the city’s main park. We have purchased an entire floor with a view of the beach in Limassol’s Old Town. Originally residential, it most recently contained an office complex.
We knew that once we bought the floor, we would eventually restore it to its original purpose. We subdivided the floor into seven flats designed by Side to Side (the esteemed architects of the island’s Amara Hotel). Some flats have long-term leases, while others are offered for short-term rent.
