The Florentin Corner Limassol Project allows us to support our vision and bring the Tel Aviv experience to Limassol. With the help of Israeli professionals, artists, and culinary experts, we intend to recreate the vibe, design, flavours, and ambience of Tel Aviv.
The building itself will be located at the bustling and up-and-coming Gladstones Business Centre in central Limassol, within walking distance of the city’s main park, restaurants, cafes, and the old city.
An Israeli kitchen will offer the best of Israeli cuisine. We intend to develop and lease an extensive area (275 m²) on the ground floor of the building, providing our tenants and flat owners with a wholesome yet luxurious and comfortable residential experience. Exciting times!
