The ability to see beyond the here and now is the magical secret of The View Project in Molos. An in-depth examination of the building’s design has uncovered this location’s history, and provides a glimpse into its possible future.
We have purchased an entire floor in a building on Limassol’s Old Town promenade, with a dazzling view of the sea, which is the source of the project’s name (“The View”). The entire floor was used as one large office complex, although its original purpose was residential.
We restored it to its original condition and subdivided the floor into seven stand-alone flats that conform to the original registration description. The entire floor was designed to look like a hotel by Side to Side, the architects who designed part of the luxurious Amara Hotel in Limassol.
The flats were furnished by Arik Ben Simchon, an Israeli furniture designer, whose pieces were specially imported to Cyprus.
Some of the flats are leased under long-term leases (generating strong yields), with others being offered for short-term rent. All the flats are managed by ICY.
