Danny Danieli (a pseudonym) found us on Facebook. He’s an Israeli who lives in Taiwan and wanted to buy a flat in Limassol. During our Zoom talk, he presented us with exact specifications and allowed us to find the property that he was looking for. Danieli, who had expanded his business operations to Cyprus and spent a great deal of time on airplanes and at hotels, wanted a permanent residence, a home to live in while on the island.
We then set about our task. We looked for a two-bedroom flat, and when we found the right one, we had to replace the kitchen, install new tiles, remove the old furniture, and replace it with new and modern items. We wanted the design to be elegant, suitable for a business person, replete with warm elements to make them feel at home, somewhere they would be happy to return to. The challenge was to furnish a relatively small area while maintaining a sense of spaciousness. We achieved this by using a contrast between warm and cool colours, strong and soft textures, and a careful distribution of elements.
The results speak for themselves.
