ICY is a property company that develops construction projects and assists investors who buy properties in Cyprus. The company is a one-stop shop that provides a wide variety of property services, and is therefore unique in the Cypriot property landscape. The company develops, improves, buys, sells and manages properties.

The company was founded by Linor Gross Cohen and Yarden Turgeman, who identified outstanding growth potential in the Cypriot property market.

The purpose of ICY is to maximize your profits and give you peace of mind as you embark on your journey to find a house or make an investment in Cyprus.

Linor Gross Cohen

Linor comes from the world of finance, and has worked for the largest Israeli insurance companies, where she held many senior positions (sales, customer service, and operations).

Linor is married with four children, and lives in Cyprus. She began to work in the property industry in 2016 and co-founded ICY with Yarden because she wanted to give her customers a sense of financial safety and stability, and create an alternative to property investments.

 

Yarden Turgeman

Owner, Co-CEO, Lawyer and Appraiser

Yarden is an Israeli lawyer and appraiser with many years of experience in real estate. Yarden has worked for the most influential property development companies, and specializes in business development, business strategy, and entrepreneurship.

Yarden is married with two children, and lives in Cyprus. She founded ICY with Linor because she wanted to give her customers a sense of financial safety and stability and create an alternative to property investments.

Andreas is the owner of the ICY Estate Agency, which is part of ICY Group. He is a registered estate agent, appraiser and property consultant in Cyprus and Greece. He provides valuations and property-related consulting services, and is a highly professional and meticulous service provider who has been intimately familiar with the local market for more than 20 years. Andreas is committed to the small details and understanding the field, and is a highly knowledgeable advisor – traits that make him a vital asset for us and our customers.

Or moved to Limassol in 2012, and is thoroughly familiar with the city and the local community. She has a BA degree in law and communications. Her outstanding interpersonal skills are reflected in her ability to drive processes forward and thanks to her advanced organizational capabilities, she serves as a powerful professional force at the company. “My aim is to provide an efficient, structured and personal service to each and every customer.”

Ioanna has a degree in business administration (with distinction) and is a certified accountant. Ioanna was born and raised in Cyprus, and her love for numbers and maths began at a young age. Ioanna’s skills manifest themselves in her consistent ability to meet objectives, teamwork, rapid learning, and an ability to take the initiative. Her ability to see the big picture, her investigative capabilities, and her outstanding communication skills are a gift for every customer and colleague. “I know how to maximise profits, reduce expenses and see the bottom line. Elinor has lived in Limassol since 2015, after relocating for several years to Rome. In Israel she managed the retention & sales desk for Cal, a credit card company. Elinor has great sales and interpersonal management experience, as well as outstanding organizational abilities that will help push the company forward. “I believe in outstanding service and uncompromising quality.”

Irit can understand and answer the clients’ needs throughout the sale/purchasing process and create a precise fit between property and customer. During negotiations she will remain calm and focused at a time that can be stressful and complicated for her clients. She will provide valuable guidance and will ensure successful results.

Michalis serves as ICY’s Property Manager. He is responsible for managing all the contractors and service providers, as well as the tenants and owners. He is also responsible for the maintenance of all the flats and more. “I believe in availability and professionalism so as to be ready to offer an immediate solution for any problems that arise.”

Alina’s is the face that greets each and every one of ICY’s customers. Alina’s superpower is finding a solution to every problem and, as administrative manager, she’s involved in everything that happens at the office, and she always makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Alina was born in Romania and has been living in Cyprus for 15 years. She is happy to help the company’s customers in Romanian, English, and she always does it with a big smile on her face.

Christina has a BA degree in interior design and an MA degree in construction project management. She’s a member of our creative team that’s responsible for preparing construction plans plus the interior design and home styling of each flat or house. Together, they turn every property into an exquisitely designed home that conforms to the highest standards. Elina has a bachelor’s degree in interior design and years of experience in designing contemporary spaces. She is passionate and committed to materials and aesthetics, with a strong focus on details and understanding the space and its functionality while implementing the best possible design. Elina can create wonderful designs for a variety of budgets, timeframes and needs in accordance with the client’s request, while managing the project from beginning to end. “I am passionate about changing, designing, and influencing people and their lives.”
